Dr. McKinley graduated from Arizona State University in Tempe and Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama before receiving his medical training from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, recently received Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare from St. Thomas University, MN. He previously practiced at Davis-Montham Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona, and Midwest Dental in St. Louis Park and Eagan, Minnesota.
Dr. McKinley is a member of the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association; and was a recipient of the American College of Prosthodontics Undergraduate Achievement Award, Honor Flight Ribbon, Dental Squadron & Medical Group Company Grade Officer (CGO) and Meritorious Service Award.
