Patient and Family Advisors
St. Croix Health is looking for community members, patients, and family members to join an advisory council to help improve the overall experience at St. Croix Health clinics and the St. Croix Regional Medical Center. A Patient and Family Advisor is someone who is willing to give feedback on their or their family members’ experiences at our St. Croix Health facilities and wants to improve upon those experiences for everyone. Recall Information
Philips Respironics has issued a voluntary recall for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), BiLevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiLevel PAP), and Non-invasive Ventilator devices due to potential health risks related to the sound abatement foam used. If you have one of these devices, we would encourage you to visit https://www.philipssrcupdate.expertinquiry.com/ or call 1-877-907-7508 to begin the registration process.
Philips is recommending that you discontinue the use of your device and work with your physician to determine the most appropriate options for continued treatment.
Philips is also recommending that you do not use of any ozone-based cleaning methods and follow their device “Instructions for Use” for approved cleaning methods.
