MyChart is a great way to ask non-urgent questions, request chart updates, ask follow-up questions and provide follow up information requested by your care team. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911.

MyChart is the easy and secure way to manage your healthcare online:

  • If you have questions about a visit with your provider from the last seven days, you can send a message via MyChart.
  • Schedule and cancel clinic appointments.
  • Receive reminders for upcoming clinic appointments.
  • View and print your immunization history.
  • Receive lab results for most tests.
  • View after-visit summaries and hospital discharge instructions.
  • Access your health information using mobile devices.

MyChart messages are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM. MyChart messages MAY NOT be addressed on weekends or holidays and it may take up to two business days for you to receive a response to your MyChart message

Two ways to register for MyChart:

In Person

Your provider’s nurse or medical assistant can help you activate your MyChart account during a visit to the clinic, or provide you with a code you can use to activate your account from the privacy of your home.

Online

If you have a current, valid email address in your electronic medical record at St. Croix Health, start by visiting our website, www.SaintCroixHealth.org. Near the top of the page, select “MYCHART.” In the new window that opens, choose “Sign up now” to complete the MyChart online registration form.

For your safety, if you have not yet seen a provider for the concerns mentioned in your message, you may be required to make an appointment.

Some symptoms require you to go to the ER or speak with a nurse. Please visit our Common Nurse Line Questions page for more information.

If you need a medication refill, please contact your pharmacy. You may already have a new prescription on file or have refills remaining on your prescription.

All MyChart messages are reviewed by a clinical team who will forward your message to the most appropriate team member to answer your question as quickly as possible. This may not always be your provider. Clinical assistants, RN’s, educators or clerical staff may be able to provide the answer to your question or update your chart as requested.
