The cafeteria, at St. Croix Health, is open daily for patients and employees. Due to COVID-19 guidelines, our cafeteria is open for limited and social distanced seating and will be closed at 3:00 PM.

Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:00 AM
Lunch: 11:00 – 2:00 PM

Cellular Devices

Cell phones may be used in all areas of the Hospital.

Gift Shop

The main Gift Shop is currently closed. Gift shop items are available in our retail pharmacies.

Impaired Hearing

If needed, a telecommunications device is available to help hearing-impaired patients who want to communicate with a hearing-impaired relative or friend. Arrangements can also be made to have a person who uses sign language to help communicate with a hearing-impaired or deaf patient.


St. Croix Health has access to interpreters for a few foreign languages should a patient require it through the AT&T Language Line.


Free parking for patients and visitors is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Patients and visitors are cautioned not to park in reserved areas or certain designated areas.


Telephones are provided in each room. Patients may receive calls in their rooms at any time. Long-distance and local calls can be made at any time by dialing 9 then entering the number you wish to reach. You may call the hospital operator by dialing 0 at any time for assistance.


Color television sets and DVD players are provided in each room. Please be considerate of other patients by setting the television volume to an appropriate level and turning off your set at bedtime.

Vending Machines

Vending machines for snacks and beverages are located on the first-floor hospital lobby. They are available 24 hours a day.

Wi-Fi Access

WIFI service is available throughout the hospital at no charge. The password is posted throughout the facility.


For patients experiencing difficulties with transportation, Polk County does have available but limited resources and transportation companies in the area.
